The Feature

The idea: you provide the essential elements of your general meeting (resolutions, debates, votes), and we automatically generate your minutes.

You can, of course, edit it if necessary, but 95% of the work is done!

In practice, it goes like this:

1. Verify your organization's information: name, address, etc.
2. Enter your general meeting's information: date, quorum, roles.
3. Specify the resolutions on the agenda and complete them.
4. The minutes are automatically generated.
5. Edit it if necessary, then download it!

How does it work?

Generally, general meetings have standard resolutions, such as budget approval. So, we've identified these common resolutions for you.

You're free to check them or not, depending on your general meeting's agenda.

Then, you can add other resolutions specific to your session.

For each resolution, provide the key points of the presentation of the subject and the debates that followed. Finally, indicate the voting results.

Once all the resolutions are filled in, your minutes are generated. This usually takes less than a minute.

A new page opens with the document automatically generated from the answers provided. You can directly modify this document to adapt it if necessary and, of course, download it.
