As you know, Springly is constantly evolving to provide you with the best possible experience.

Based on your feedback regarding the management of your association's data and financial information, we are thrilled to introduce the Export Center, which has just arrived on your Springly platform.

Here's an explanation.

🎯 Why this innovation?

Two main reasons drove this innovation:

Multiple places to retrieve data: Up until now, there were several pages where you could download various types of data, forcing you to navigate between different pages to fulfill a single need.

Complexity of exporting specific accounting information: Many associations shared their difficulty in determining which accounting document met their specific needs. This confusion hindered their ability to efficiently manage financial data.

🌟 What's new in the application?

The export center is the heart of this update. It consolidates:

• Exports related to members, memberships, donations, and donors. These exports were previously available under Community > Exports.

• Accounting exports, which are new.

The accounting exports at your disposal include:

• All invoices related to accounting entries created between two dates.

• Accounting entries for transactions made on all your membership forms, donation forms, events, and sales in your online stores.

• Payments received for transactions made on these same forms, whether paid online or not.

Previously, obtaining these pieces of information was complicated, but now they are sent to your email inbox in just 2 clicks.

💡 Important to know

• If the export center does not appear in the side menu, it means that none of the Accounting, Memberships, and Donations features are activated under Settings > Manage Features.

• Only exports for features activated under Settings > Manage Features are available.

• For some time - to help with the transition - the Community > Exports page will remain visible to guide you to the new export center. It will disappear in a few months.
