Get started on Accounting easily

Getting started with accounting can be a bit daunting when you don't have any specific knowledge of the subject.

Good news: we have completely revised the course to start the accounting on the software.

The objective is to guide you through the accounting settings so that they perfectly meet your needs.

Three simple steps to start smoothly

There are two simple steps to get you started with accounting:

1. The set-up of your accounting year, i.e. the period during which you wish to have an accounting follow-up on Springly. This is usually one year.
2. The personalization of your options with the possibility to follow budgets, as well as your debts and receivables.

Whatever choices you make for these steps, you can change them later.

These steps will simply explain these concepts that are not necessarily obvious to people who are not familiar with accounting.

Once you've gone through these steps, you can start using the accounting system right away!

A simplified dashboard to guide your first steps

If you are just starting out on Accounting, you have access to a customized board that guides you to the first assignments you need to perform on your platform. With these, you will get off to a good start, including:

• indicating your initial accounting balances - this is called the initial balance
• customizing your accounting categories
• entering your first guided accounting entries (which you can of course delete if necessary).
