Why this improvement?

Administrators often faced challenges managing memberships that required validation.

Until now, there was no way to filter or sort memberships by preferred payment method. This meant they had to handle each case individually by checking the details of every transaction—an incredibly time-consuming process.

What’s new?

You can now filter memberships by preferred payment method.

This filter is available on the "Pending members" pages and in the related Excel exports.

This feature helps administrators work more efficiently and simplifies their management process.

How to use it?

To use the new filter, go to your membership request forms and select the "Pending members" tab.

You’ll find the new filter at the top right of the page.
