Why this improvement?

Our users raised concerns about archiving and removing actions within centralized networks, particularly in multisport organizations and clubs.

Currently, archiving a contact in one section results in the contact being archived for the entire community, causing inconsistent CRM lists.

What's new in the app?

We have introduced two new CRM settings for admins of centralized networks:

• Limit archiving actions: Admins can now restrict archiving to the platform's main organizations only.

• Restrict contact removal: Admins of advanced groups can no longer remove contacts from their groups, only archive them.

Additionally, admins are now better warned about the potential impacts of archiving a contact.

By default, these options are not activated, meaning the situation remains exactly the same as before this evolution was put into production.

How to use it?

Archiving settings

Disable this option to limit archiving to main organizations. If disabled, admins cannot archive contacts from their groups but can still view and restore archived contacts.

Removing settings

Disable this option to prevent advanced group admins from removing contacts from their groups.

A confirmation popup now appears to verify the desired action: archive for the whole platform, remove from the current group, or do nothing.
