Easier and clearer registration tracking on forms and collects

As you already prepare for the upcoming membership season in September, we’ve made several improvements to our forms to enhance your experience with Springly, making it even more enjoyable and intuitive.

Our goal: to simplify your daily management and boost operational efficiency.

Clearer Refund Processes

To streamline your accounting, we’ve updated the display of refund transactions.

Transaction labels now clearly indicate refunds.

For single transactions, only the main refund button will be displayed, simplifying the interface and reducing confusion.

Optimized Display of Registered Participants

We’ve revamped the participant list display for better readability.

The ID column is no longer displayed by default, as its utility was quite limited.

With fewer columns, we’ve been able to widen them for better spacing and readability.

The link to select a participant is now directly associated with the person, not their ID, making participant management more intuitive.

Clarified Payment Methods

We’ve made several enhancements to the payment areas.

• On the transaction details page, wording has been clarified to avoid confusion, such as replacing "New" with "Add a payment" for clarity.

• A tooltip now appears for "Online Payment" on donation forms, renamed "Credit Card" in the absence of SEPA options (available only for recurring donations in the Pro plan).

• The payment page now displays offline payment method information as configured by the admin, with line breaks for better readability instead of the previous dense text block.

Updated Documents After Rejected Online Payments

If an online payment is rejected, the associated tax receipt will now be canceled, appearing in the tax receipt table with a "canceled" status and watermark.

This feature ensures your accounting remains accurate and compliant with tax regulations.
