Updates on Membership Subject to Approval

During the summer of 2021, we released the “Membership subject to approval" feature.

The overwhelming adoption of this feature by our customers allowed us to:

• Validate that it was indeed meeting a need of organizations🎉
• Get a lot of feedback to continue improving it!

So here are two first evolutions made to the registration requests so that they respond even better to the issues encountered by our users.

Export of all information from the "Pending Members" tab

Before

The exportable data on the page listing the applicants to be validated was pretty basic: the transaction ID, the registration date, the first name, the last name, the status of the request, and the payment status.

Now

It's possible to export more information, in addition to the previous possibilities. These include:

• The customer's email address
• The membership package
• All mandatory or optional information fields that are requested from the person during pre-registration

Display of all applicants to be approved

Before

In the "Pending Members" tab, the global display was limited to 100 lines.

After

We have removed this limit to display all the people registered. You just have to scroll down the table to load the rows that are not displayed initially. This solution allows access to all the information without hindering the page loading time.
