New Dashboard for Serenity users

Your homepage Dashboard has been redesigned in order to help better guide you!

The objective: be your best ally for more clarity in the daily management of your organization.

Follow me for a quick overview of the different parts:

The notification area

Here are displayed the temporary alerts and information messages, which are potentially waiting for an action from you. Examples:

• the verification status of your online account: verification in progress, verification denied, account blocked, etc.
• the "under maintenance" status of your Website if this is the case
• an alert in case of a problem with your subscription payment
• the possibility to make an appointment for a personalized demo during the free trial

The tasks of getting used to the software

During the first stages of discovering the software, we suggest simple tasks to perform, which will allow you to understand the logic of the tool and the different features.

These tasks are suggested in this section which also shows your progress.

Access to core features

Depending on the features you have activated on your platform, direct access is offered in this section: Community, Accounting, Membership, Donations, Website, etc.

Your association's information and the general settings of your platform

This section sends you to the settings center of your platform, where you will find the general settings and those specific to the features you have activated.

Most of this access is reserved for the main administrators of the platform.

Access to help and resources at your disposal

These have multiplied over the last few months, and will continue to do so to make you completely autonomous on your platform.

In this new section, you have direct access to:

• the help panel
• the customer support
• the blog - it is not specific to the use of Springly, but it is full of useful tips!

Advanced groups for networks

If your platform has advanced groups, you can access them at the bottom of the page.

Last clarification: this change will be accompanied by an overhaul of the support to start using the accounting and forms.
