Easily Find Tax Receipts to Manually Resend

Here's a small update that will greatly simplify your management of tax receipts: email details now directly visible in your tax receipt list.

Many of you have shared challenges in clearly identifying whether tax receipts were emailed to their recipients. This step required manual verification, contact by contact, a tedious process that could lead to mistakes and oversights.

To address this issue, we've integrated two major new features into your interface:

A New Email Column

You will now find in the tax receipt table a column dedicated to the email address associated with each transaction.

If no email address is linked to a transaction, this column will remain empty.

This change allows you to see at a glance which transactions have been emailed.

A New Filter

To further refine your management, we've implemented a specific filter to easily isolate tax receipts without an associated email address.

A feature designed to save you time: you can find in one click the tax receipts not sent to their recipients and share them accordingly.

As a reminder, all your tax receipts generated by the software are accessible from Settings > Tax Receipts → View Issued Tax Receipts.
