Credit Card Donation Refund is Now Possible

Great news, the ability to refund donations made by credit card is here!
This update is a direct response to the flexibility needs that have been brought to our attention, allowing for easier management of transactions and tax receipts.
Which transactions can be refunded?
From now on, donations made by credit card can be refunded - this was not the case until now.
What does refunding a credit card donation imply?
- The transaction is removed from the collection and accounting records.
- The tax receipt is updated with the note "Cancelled" - you can find it under Settings > Tax Receipts → View Issued Tax Receipts.
- The donor's record is updated, removing the transaction from their history.
