Why this improvement?

Many administrators perform actions too quickly, even when a confirmation window is displayed.

They often end up contacting our Support team to restore data after clicking too fast.

What’s new in the app?

To address this recurring issue, we’ve introduced a validation keyword in the confirmation window for certain sensitive actions. These actions include:

• Deleting a transaction (which removes the accounting entry)

• Deleting accounting entries

• Resetting accounting records

• Deleting an advanced group

• Deleting custom fields for a person and/or structure at the main organization level

• Deleting custom fields for a person and/or structure at the chapter level

How to use it?

When performing one of these sensitive actions, a confirmation window will appear, asking you to enter a specific keyword to confirm the action.

This extra security measure aims to prevent accidental deletions and protect your important data.
