Last September, we launched the first version of a new feature: generating your general meeting minutes in just 2 minutes - click here if you need a memory refresher.

First off: thank you for the enthusiastic reception you gave this new feature; our team was thrilled it helped you so much!

After thousands of uses and hundreds of feedback, we've improved the most frequently mentioned points. Here are the three main ones.

Link with the Community

Now, you can search for members present at the meeting among the contacts in your Community.

Once you've selected a person, they are added to the list of present members.

Improved Quorum Management

You can now indicate that you do not have a quorum, if your bylaws don't stipulate it. In this case, the reference to it disappears from the document generated.

If you have a quorum, you now have more granularity by defining the total number of votes and the number of votes required for the adoption of a resolution.

Display of your Logo

What might seem cosmetic to some is actually important to many: the generated document was missing the logo.

We've fixed this: now, if you've uploaded a logo via Settings > Your Organization, it is displayed on the generated minutes.

Of course, you're free to download the document and modify it as you wish.
